SHIPPING POLICY

This policy is valid for Uk. This policy is aimed to certify that "YOU" (customers) are aware of our shipping policies. When you place the order in our store that means that you agree to our following policies: 

  1. Shipping range:

 We only take orders from Uk. Suppose the customer is from any other country. In the future, we wish to expand our shipping available for our customer's convenience. 

  1. Shipping costs:

 ComFatra proposes free shipping on orders over £30. The items purchased under £30 will have to pay the delivery charges up to £5.  

  1. Tax:

 Note: The costs shown on the detail page of all items on our site do not incorporate tax, so what you see is the cost of the Product. 

 

TIME LIMIT FOR TRAVEL, DEALING, AND ORDERS:

  • Shipments are made in 15-25 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. (Whether it's a small or oversized item). 
  • Order cut-off time of ours is: 5:00 pm

Please Note:

In a reason to COVID-19, temporarily, we have put off overnight and expedited shipping. Thank you for cooperating with us. 

 

  1. Order Cancelation:

If you don't like the Product or your location is changed, you can cancel your order within 24 hours as we prefer cancelation before the order is shipped. Also, immediately send an email to Support@ComFatra.com with all the screenshots of the placed order and details.

  1. Package cannot be found:

ComFatra's team is just here for your help. If you want any information or are facing any problem, please contact our support team. Definitely, we can aid you in filing a claim for your lost package. 

Note: We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages after we deliver them. ComFatra ensures that the item is delivered appropriately as we give preference to our customers. 

Specific Things to Consider:

Write down your address and phone number. If you change your phone number, don't hesitate to contact us at Service@ComFatra.com. If you want to change your phone number or address after shipping, you must return it and place a new order.

Make sure of your location and telephone number. If you consider changing your telephone number, please reach us at ComFatraNT@gmail.com.To change your telephone number, address, or transportation, you should restore it and put in another request to confirm.
